This assignment was due a
couple weeks ago, and mine was a little late. But here it is! Taken at a
pond near my house, luckily it was nice and placid, so the landscape
and sky could reflect onto the water.

Service Learning Project; Bullying.
I'm currently working on a
Service Learning project in my Global Literacies class. For my final
project, I created a PSA. I obviously couldn't do it alone, so I invited
some friends over to help. We goofed off most of the time, and I
actually ended up having to re-film parts of it, but we had fun! Here
are some of the photos my friend Jasmine took of herself and of others
during the filming.
Prom 2012 + Lighting Assignment.
A teacher asked me if I
wanted to take photos for our senior prom (even though I'm a freshman).
They know I enjoy photography and thought it would be a great
opportunity for me! It was really fun, and I filled my whole camera case
with candy..I still have some. Our class assignment was also to take
yet another light photo. I just happen to get a cool photo of our
principal and a local police officer at prom, so I used that! It's the
one with the sun setting, and the silhouettes of the men standing. My
other light photo seen here is from the sun setting on the day of the
Supermoon! The first photo is of my friend and her boyfriend, the second
is of my other two sophomore friends. I hope it's okay
that I put these
on here!

'Edge Of Water'
Our latest assignment was
to take water shots. I really wanted to get some shots of water
outside, like I previously posted, coming off of an umbrella, or
dripping from the roof. Since it wasn't raining last night (Although
it's pouring now, or course), I used my kitchen faucet to take some
photos. These are the two I turned in to be graded.

Super Moon 2012!
Over the weekend I was
luck enough to get down to the beach by my house just in time to see the
Sun go down, and the supermoon rise! It was up within minutes, and I
snapped a lot of photos! This year the supermoon, where the moon is
closest to the Earth, and brightest, the supermoon fell on the same day
as the full moon! So, at 11:30 PM, I had my mom drive me up to Cadillac
mountain, to get a nice, clear view of the moon. And as soon as we got
up there, and got out of the car, I discovered that it was windy and
super cold! I set up really quickly and snapped a few bad photos, and
after I got back in the car fiddled with my camera until a god a decent shot. The first is from Cadillac and last two are from the moon rising at the beach! It was so cool! I can't wait until next year!
